All RISE options include full access to expert-led Pilates classes, community accountability, regular check-ins, and support from the Breathe team throughout the six weeks.

RISE | Steady

1 class per week

A gentle, consistent way to build the habit and ease back into regular movement — without overwhelm.

Payment options:
– Upfront payment: $156
– Or 6 weekly payments of $26

RISE | Build

2 classes per week

A supportive, balanced option for building strength, mobility, and a routine that actually sticks.

Payment options:
– Upfront payment: $270
– Or 6 weekly payments of $45

RISE | Momentum

3 classes per week

For those ready to commit a little more and feel a noticeable shift in how their body moves and feels.

Payment options:
– Upfront payment: $348
– Or 6 weekly payments of $58

RISE | Ulimited

Unlimited Classes

Maximum flexibility and total freedom to move as often as you like — whenever it suits your week.

Payment options:
– Upfront payment: $432
– Or 6 weekly payments of $72

A quick note on dates & payments

RISE runs from 16 February to 29 March, and all classes, support, and challenge activities take place during this time.

If you choose the weekly payment option, your payments will begin from the date you sign up — rather than from the challenge start date. This simply spreads the cost and doesn’t change your access to RISE in any way.

❓ What if I can’t come every day?
You don’t have to. Some people come once or twice a week, some come more. RISE is about consistency, not perfection. You choose the level that works for your life.

What if I’ve never done Pilates before?

ou’re very welcome here. Many of our clients started as beginners, and our instructors will guide you through every class.

What if I’m feeling unfit, returning after a break, or postpartum?
That’s exactly what we’re known for. Our classes are designed to be supportive, safe, and adaptable — at every stage.

Will I be locked in after RISE?

Nope. There are no contracts and no pressure to continue. If you love it, you’ll have the option to stay — if not, that’s okay too.

When does the 6-week challenge run?

RISE runs from 16 February to 29 March.
All participants complete the challenge during these dates.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens. Just jump back in when you can — RISE is about progress, not perfect attendance.

❓ How much is the creche?

Our creche is $2 per session, or $6 per week for unlimited visits during RISE. If you’d like to add this on, just let us know and we’ll help you set it up.

❓ What age can my baby go into the creche?
We welcome bubs from 8 weeks old, or once they’ve had their first vaccinations.
