“I am beyond proud to welcome you to Breathe Pilates Studio, my dedicated space to live out my dreams of helping others. It's incredible & heartwarming to see the studio now thriving and in its sixth year when I think back to 2015 where it all started. I discovered a deep passion for Pilates nearly 10 years ago, when my local martial arts gym added in one Pilates class per week and I fell absolutely in love! Fast forward a couple of years and I decided to take the plunge and enrol in my Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, and one year later opened my very first studio, our Wangara location. From day one I felt an instant connection to helping people, seeing their progress, and hearing their incredible stories of how Pilates has quite literally changed their life. This is the number driving factor behind everything we do at Breathe.”
Our beautifully designed studio is clean and inviting with cosy little couch spaces for those pre + post class chats. Our Studio is located in the northern suburb of Wangara and is fitted out with well maintained, industry leading, group and studio equipment making it a pleasure to take part in classes.
Wooden flooring throughout not only adds to the beautiful aesthetics of our studio but also serves to help us maintain high hygiene standards. Sanitiser stations are positioned throughout and we encourage our Breathe Family to adhere to all studio policies and hygiene practices to keep our studio a safe and welcoming space for all.
Everything about our studio demonstrates the passion & care we have towards our clients, from the perfectly stored props, immaculate bathroom facilities to the aroma of lit candles wafting through the studio.

While the traditional principles of Pilates will always be the foundation of what we do, it is important to progress with the industry to ensure our clients are always receiving the latest methods of training.
All of our classes are programmed with the client in mind, with each & every exercise having purpose - a moment is never wasted during class! With high level instruction, small group classes, and a focus on posture, flexibility, function and technique you are guaranteed to leave feeling refreshed and invigorated.
