The Pilates Chair (or Wunda/Exo Chair) provides additional challenges to stability, strength and control. They’re the perfect addition to your current Pilates routine, or if you are looking to spice up your workouts then this is the class to try! We are currently one of only two studios in Perth to offer this class.
Perfect for: adding to your Pilates practice, and increasing your skills. If you are brand new to Pilates we recommend you try our Beginner Chair class first.

A pregnancy suitable version of our Pilates Chair class. The focus of this class is supporting the body throughout all stages of pregnancy, however it is open & beneficial for every body.
Perfect for: pregnancy, post natal, beginners and those returning from injury.
