“What is the minimum age you accept in the creche”

Accepted Answer

We accept babies from as young as 3 months old in the creche, however most babies start from around 6 months. Our creche carers are mother’s themselves and very comfortable caring for your newborn.

“What do I need to bring”

Accepted Answer

Please bring along a water bottle, plus nappy & wipes if required. We do ask that you drop your child off with a fresh nappy or if they are being toilet trained, take them to the toilet before class.
 
We have a strict no nut policy so if you bring any snacks please ensure there are no nuts or high allergen foods.

Question 3

“It’s school holidays, do my older kids need to go in the creche”"

Accepted Answer

The short answer is no. If your child is old enough to occupy themselves quietly with a book or activity they are more than welcome to take a seat on the client lounges while you do class as long as they are not disruptive to the classes.

“What happens if my baby or toddler cries”

Accepted Answer

Our creche carers will do their very best to settle your child. If they can’t be settled and it is going to cause distress to your child then the creche carer will give you a call. We ask you to keep your phone next to you during class just in case of emergencies.

“Do the creche carers hold any qualifications”

Accepted Answer

Yes. All of our creche carers hold an active working with childrens card, plus up to date first aid.
