YOUR FIRST CLASS, WHERE TO START?
While all of our classes cater to varying abilities (with the exception of Reformer Challenge) we recommend you try attend a regular Matwork or Beginner Reformer class for your very first session if you have never done Pilates before.
Mum’s to be: Congratulations, what an amazing journey you are on and we can’t wait to help you every step of the way! Any of the classes with a (P) next to the name are suitable for Pregnancy.
New Mum’s: Congratulations on the arrival of your little one! We are here to help you safely get back into exercise and support your body in its recovery post birth. We have some specialised Postnatal classes which is where we recommend starting. Check out the different options here.
