She has a background in remedial massage and along with her Pilates qualifications, Alyce also enjoys working with clients 1:1 who have injuries, want to work on their personal goals or refine their technique.

Sara has been a Pilates fan for years now and her favourite Joseph Pilates quote is “Change happens through movement, and movement heals”. She completed her Matwork and Reformer qualifications in 2018 and has been teaching at our studio ever since. Sara likes to keep her classes focused with specific challenges; and loves seeing the clients reap all the benefits of full body movement.

Michelle started teaching Pilates at the beginning of 2019. She has been a long time devotee to her personal Pilates practice and loves nothing more than the energised & happy feeling after doing a class. Clients can expect a challenging, fun and varying class.

Tahlia started teaching Pilates at the start of 2019, before that she was a PE teacher. Tahlia loves the energy and opportunity to help people that Pilates brings. She loves how diverse Pilates can be and loves to create flowing classes where you work hard. Tahlias goal is for her clients to have such a good workout that they forget about their tired muscles and thank her at the end and leave with a smile.

Yasmin discovered Pilates many years ago by seeking a kinder form of exercise for her body. She loves the controlled movements incorporated with mind-body connection. Yasmin’s style of teaching is generally of a slower pace to really focus on technique. Clients can expect a flowing cascade of movement as each exercise is aimed to transition into the next.

Katie discovered Pilates after using the Pilates method for her rehabilitation after surgery, discovering firsthand the power of Pilates, she resonates with Joseph Pilates idea that "change happens through movement and movement heals". Katie brings an enthusiastic and engaging energy to her class while also having a personal approach to her clients. Her classes are designed to be challenging but achievable, while working simultaneously towards individual goals.

Jayde has a background in Soft Tissue Occupational Therapy and believes the key to healthy muscles is movement. She loves helping people work through muscle imbalances and tension to improve posture and strength. Her classes aim to work the whole body and she loves a booty burn!

Anjani’s love for movement and experience with scoliosis drew her to Pilates back in 2018 and she has never looked back since! The principles underpinning Pilates have truly worked wonders for her body and she is very eager to share this knowledge with her clients. More specifically, she enjoys teaching with an emphasis on the mind-body connection to help build strength and also unlock the therapeutic benefits of this amazing movement practice!

Coming from a dance background, Sharmain has always loved to move her body and Pilates was the perfect progression after finishing her dance career. Sharmain loves Pilates because it works every part of the mind and body, leaving you feeling amazing after class. Her classes are aimed to ground your energy, improve flexibility, build strength and coordination and have a laugh whilst doing so.

Juliana is a movement lover and started her Pilates journey 10 years ago back in Brazil, where she also holds a degree in Physiotherapy. Juliana is a believer in education and has completed many professional development courses including ‘Low Pressure Fitness’ which is an effective tool for abdominal & pelvic floor recovery. She has a passion for helping people achieve to be the best version of themselves.

Lola fell in love with Mat Pilates when it was offered as a wellness class at the University she was working at as an HR Advisor.  Continuing Pilates throughout her twin pregnancy, her love for Pilates grew even more  as she realised she could still exercise to build strength in a safe and controlled way. Lola’s love of planks, plank challenges and squats feature in most of her classes - be warned she counts s-l-o-w-l-y. Never fear though as modifications are always offered in Lola’s class to ensure everyone walks away feeling a sense of achievement.

Tracey loves that Pilates gives everyone the ability to move in a way that suits their body in that moment, feeling yourself grow stronger and more mobile through your own self practice. She loves that while your body moves your thoughts are focused, creating a 45 minute window of being present. In her classes you will find stability and growth through familiar movements, while feeling challenged with fun, new moves. Tracey cares about her clients wellbeing and feels privileged to be able to help you in your Pilates journey.

Victoria has been a Pilates lover and mover for over 10 years, which led er to becoming an instructor. She loves the energy, happiness and mental health benefits that Pilates brings to both herself & her clients. Victoria is passionate about moving the whole body, challenging yourself in each class & finding those little muscles you never knew you had! She’s a cheerleader for her clients and will encourage you to get the most out of each class with a big smile on her face!
